Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Lynqgoo, concerning your access to and use of our platform.

2. Prohibited Goods

You agree not to use the Lynqgoo platform to transport:

• Illegal substances or narcotics.
• Hazardous materials, explosives, or highly flammable liquids.
• Stolen goods or unregistered firearms.
• Live animals (without explicit prior authorization).

3. Payment Terms

All charges are due immediately upon delivery unless you are an Enterprise customer with an established credit line. We reserve the right to apply surge pricing during periods of high demand, extreme weather, or public holidays.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched to the pickup location will incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for damaged goods are subject to our claims investigation process and are capped based on your selected insurance tier.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Lynqgoo and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise.
