Lynqgoo operates as a technology platform connecting users seeking logistics, supply, and workforce solutions with independent third-party providers (drivers, workers, and suppliers). Lynqgoo itself does not provide transportation or logistics services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that:

• Information provided during account creation is accurate.
• Goods scheduled for transport do not include illegal, hazardous, or dangerous materials.
• Payments are settled immediately upon completion of the service unless an enterprise credit line is established.

4. Liability & Insurance

While we conduct strict background checks on our partners, Lynqgoo's liability for loss or damage to standard goods during transit is limited. Users shipping high-value items are advised to purchase additional transit insurance. Lynqgoo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
